Te implici în organizarea proiectelor — conferințe, ateliere, comunicare, logistică. Fără cotizație și fără termen minim. Primești adeverință de voluntariat pentru orele lucrate. You take part in running the projects — conferences, workshops, communications, logistics. No fee, no minimum commitment. You receive a volunteering certificate for the hours you put in.

Membru Member
Intri ca membru fără drept de vot și lucrezi în proiectele asociației. Aderarea are trei pași: depui cererea de adeziune online, susții un interviu pe Google Meet, iar după aprobarea Consiliului Director te implici obligatoriu ca voluntar într-un proiect ARPD (echipa de gestiune sau alta), cu contract de voluntariat. Primele două luni sunt perioadă de probă. You join as a non-voting member and work on the association's projects. Joining takes three steps: you submit the membership application online, have an interview on Google Meet, and, once the Board approves, you volunteer in an ARPD project (the management team or another) under a volunteering contract. The first two months are a probation period.
Recrutarea este deschisă. Dosarul se depune online, pe aderare.arpd.ro, cu CV-ul și actul de identitate; după ce Secretariatul îți verifică dosarul și te admite la interviu, primești pe e-mail linkul și îți alegi ora. Recruitment is open. Applications are submitted online at aderare.arpd.ro, with a CV and an identity document; once the Secretariat has checked your application and invited you to an interview, you receive a link by e-mail and choose a time.

Ce vârstă trebuie să am? How old do I need to be?
Majoritatea programelor se adresează tinerilor între 16 și 30 de ani. Pentru unele activități, minorii au nevoie de acordul unui părinte. Most programmes are aimed at people aged 16 to 30. For some activities, minors need a parent's consent.
Cât timp trebuie să aloc? How much time does it take?
Depinde de proiect. În perioadele de conferință ritmul e intens, în rest sunt câteva ore pe săptămână. Îți alegi implicarea. It depends on the project. Conference periods are intense; the rest of the time it is a few hours a week. You choose your level of involvement.
Trebuie să fiu din Timișoara? Do I need to live in Timișoara?
Nu. O bună parte din muncă se face online, iar la evenimente vin voluntari din toată țara. No. A good share of the work happens online, and volunteers travel in from across the country for events.
Există cotizație? Is there a membership fee?
Voluntariatul nu presupune cotizație. Pentru calitatea de membru, cuantumul se stabilește de Adunarea Generală. Volunteering involves no fee. For membership, the amount is set by the General Assembly.
Primesc adeverință? Do I get a certificate?
Da, adeverință de voluntariat pentru orele lucrate, iar pentru proiectele Erasmus+ se eliberează certificat Youthpass. Yes — a volunteering certificate for the hours you work, and for Erasmus+ projects a Youthpass certificate.
